The condo exceeded our expectations.

We felt as if we had private pool and beach access. No more than a handful of people at a time in these spaces.

Food trucks at a walking distance, most open W-Sunday. Still had options on other days…
You can also walk on the beach side to several establishments.

Joel’s place was incredible - the space was gorgeous and roomy for us and our parents. The pool and beach were amazing. This is such a great location, especially if you like to walk the beach. A 6 minute walk gets you to amazing restaurants and the gorgeous Jobos Beach. The views from Joel’s place were wonderful, we would definitely stay here again!

Joel’s condo is an amazing place to explore Jobos. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. The property itself is spacious and clean with an amazing roof deck! Joel is super easy to work with and I would 100% recommend

Just as advertised. Complex is right on a beautiful beach, walkable for miles including short walk to great beachfront restaurants. Unit was beautiful, clean and had great views from the upper deck.

We loved this place so much, perfect for our group of 2 adults, 1 young adult and 2 children. The master suite has a separate entrance and a roof top patio, it is very private from the main area and other rooms. It is a gated entrance so you might have to wait a few minutes for a security guard to let you in. The vending machines by the pool are cheap and good snacks. The gas station next door has the basics and adult beverages. Jobos beach is about a 20 minute walk up the beach and it is worth it! This property has beach front access.

The place is in a place with a very good location, the apartment is small the decoration is not very good since it does not invite you to be in it, the entrance of the apartment is together to another apartment which you can hear all the noise from them if they leave the door open, but to go to the beach and be in a good area it is good.

This unit was just as the photos seen on the website. I loved that it had a bedroom upstairs separate from the downstairs. The rooftop is a plus!

Joel's place is in a great location, has great water view, is peaceful and close to everything. You feel like you are in your own property, definitely a destination to repeat.
