Exceptional 😀 - We love this property, the location, the environment, the community. This community is located just a few steps from the beach, gated, very quiet, very safe, very clean. It is close to restaurants, nice beaches. The beds are all comfortable, AC is powerful, the rooms are clean. My whole family feel very comfortable staying here. The host is very nice and responsive. So easy to work with! Looking forward to coming back! 😞 - None

Las facilidades muy acogedoras me gusto que tiene un parquesito para los niños, cancha de baloncesto y la piscina es expectacular de dia y de noche las luces es algo fabuloso. El lugar muy bueno para relajarse, desconectarse y pasar unos días en familia. El personal muy amable respondieron toda duda que se nos presentó. Fue excelente. Los recomiendo 100%. 😞 - None

Joel's place looks just like the pictures, it's homey. Everything was clean, Beds were very comfortable. When you walk in, it feels nice and cool. The beach is only 2mins walk and kiosks.. good restaurants. Guards are very friendly. I also walked around at night.. Fell very safe

Great ocean view from awesome private patio. Very useful extension room with computer desk / monitor / keyboard. Very useful food truck area also nearby. Many thanks!

Peaceful and relaxing

This was the first Airbnb we have ever booked. What an amazing experience. This place is immaculate, cleaned, private and the pool is amazing. We will definitely come back in our next trip! Joel was very responsive. Thank you! 🙂

This place is all about location and the roof top. Spacious roof top, great view, private and well charming. Indoor area, bit small, specially bathroom. However not a limitation. As previously said, plenty of places nearby, including great beach, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

The condo exceeded our expectations.

We felt as if we had private pool and beach access. No more than a handful of people at a time in these spaces.

Food trucks at a walking distance, most open W-Sunday. Still had options on other days…
You can also walk on the beach side to several establishments.

wonderful location! close to many great restaurants but yet still had privacy. love how close the beach was!
